THE DOUBLE LIFE OF VERONIQUE (1991)
Criterion Collection #359 (DVD)
DVD: 21 Nov 2006
List Price: $39.99
Publisher: criterion.com
Special Features:
This ravishing, mysterious rumination on identity, love, and human
intuition remains one of the most beloved films of Krzysztof Kieslowski
(Decalogue, the Three Colors trilogy). Irene Jacob (Red, Othello) is
incandescent as both Weronika, a Polish choral soprano, and her double,
Veronique, a French music teacher. Though unknown to each other, the two
women share an enigmatic, purely emotional bond, which Kieslowski
details in gorgeous reflections, color, and movement. THE DOUBLE LIFE OF
VERONIQUE is an unforgettable symphony of feeling.

I don't think the Bluray version of THE DOUBLE LIFE OF VERONIQUE got the nice boxset treatment.
Not too crazy about those "bubbles" that Criterion decided to put on its cover.
Anyway, here is a photo of the DVD version. Includes 2-DVDs and booklet:
