As previously mentioned DRAGON DYNASTY DOUBLE FEATURE 2, Ahead of Schedule? I can confirm that certain Wal-Mart is stocking the GOLDEN SWALLOW/KILLER CLANS for $5. 

I picked up a copy the other night, but I noticed that the DVD is not available at most Wal-Marts.  This particular Wal-Mart also stocked RETURN OF THE FIVE DEADLY VENOMS and RETURN TO THE 36TH CHAMBER OF SHAOLIN - at $10 and $7.50 respectively.  A bit pricey for those DVDs, but may be worth getting if you like the "slip cover" and those two aren't available on Blu-Ray at the moment.
