I already own the Indy DVD boxset and the Target Blu-Ray edition of the fourth film.  Not exactly excited about the Blu-Ray boxset, seeing as the price is not at all attractive (especially because fans have already shelled out for the DVD).  If you have to get the Blu-Ray, Target has an exclusive with 5 Lithographs.  Personally, from experience, Steven Spielberg's films never come with great extras or commentaries.
